DAMSON & SLATE

Damson & Slate is an interiors collection edited by home designer and stylist Hilary Lowe. They have a beautiful collection of homewares including fabric printed at Alexander Maverick inspired by traditional Welsh weaves and vintage oils and watercolours painted by Hilary’s Grandmother. AM were commissioned to translate these heirloom art pieces into beautifully printed fabric, paying particular attention to how the designs repeat and quality of colour. Damson & Slate designs are typically printed on Natural Linen Union.

FOXY PHEASANT
Foxy Pheasant, created by Amanda Harris-Lea, brings together her passions for the sporting countryside and country home interiors. Alexander Maverick worked with Foxy Pheasant to create a range of designs based on game bird feathers. We sampled feathers from photos Amanda supplied and created repeating designs for both cock and hen pheasants and partridges. The resulting prints look stunning on Natural Linen and sumptuous on fine velvet.

TUFFET.CO
Recommended by The Independent magazine, Tuffet.Co create the most beautiful pouffes using sustainable wool and covered in a range of stunning fabrics. Deborah Reyner, the creative hand behind Tuffet.Co approached AM to develop a range of printed herringbone designs. The results, when printed on Natural Linen Union are stunning, creating an aesthetic which is greater than the sum of the parts. As well as pouffes, Tuffet.Co also sell the linen printed at AM as cushions or by the metre in a wide range of colours.
